In management of skin lesions in SLE:
a. Stop smoking to make antimalarials work better
b. Remeber that Thiazides and sulfonylureals may exacerbate skin disease.
c. Use topical and intralesional steroids.
d. Use Hydroxychloroquine.
e. Use oral corticosteroids.
