In regard to Lupus nephritis:
A. It can run the clinical gamut from mild proteinuria to severe glomerulonephritis.
B. With nephrotic range proteinuria, SLE can lead to end-stage renal disease.
C. Involvement can include the glomerulus, tubulointerstitium, and/or vasculature.
E. It is estimated that 35% of adults with SLE have clinical evidence of some form of lupus nephritis.
F. About 60% of SLE patients will develop nephritis during the first 10 years of disease.
